Originally known as Fastpak Express Australia, we started with a singular mission—to provide dependable door-to-door balikbayan box services, ensuring that precious personal belongings and sentiments reached their loved ones in the Philippines.
2017
In our early years, our primary focus was sea cargo for personal effects to the Philippines, operating from New South Wales with a strong network of community agents and a commitment to personalized service.
A significant transformation took place between 2017 and 2019, as we quietly rebranded to FastboxPH. This period marked a crucial modernization of our operations, aligning our services with the demands of digital-first logistics.
2021
By 2021, FastboxPH expanded its scope to focus on eCommerce, partnering with QuadX Philippines and ShippingCart Philippines to make it easier for Filipino shoppers to buy from Australian stores. This shift also saw the introduction of air freight, LCL, and FCL services—supporting small businesses and Filipino entrepreneurs engaged in cross-border trade between Australia and the Philippines, moving beyond just personal shipments.
2023
A landmark achievement in 2023 saw FastboxPH play a pivotal role in the first commercial shipment of Philippine mangoes to Australia under the Fil-Mango brand. This solidified our position as a reliable logistics backbone for agricultural trade, demonstrating our capability in handling specialized cargo.
2025
FastboxPh x LC Carriers: Expanding Cross-Border Logistics Together
In 2025, FastboxPh and LC Carriers began rolling out innovative services — from outsourcing logistics roles in the Philippines to launching formal 3PL operations in Australia. Based in Wetherill Park, NSW, FastboxPh is now a niche logistics partner focused on tailored AU-PH shipping solutions.
